Accompanying a change process you have to work simultaneously on 4 levels:
1. Dance with the system
A social system is complex and adaptive. It will adapt to your actions, so you must adapt to the system.
2. Mind the people
People are the crucial part of the system and people are different.
3. Stimulate the network
In a social system it is all about individuals and their interactions.
4. Change the environment
The environment determines how the system can self-organize. If you change the environment you change the people.
